Tlyne Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tlyne ("Tlyne," "we," "us," or "our"), a software-as-a-service platform operated by Ghulam Mustafa. By creating an account, accessing, or using Tlyne, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Tlyne.

1. About Tlyne

Tlyne is a project-management and client-management platform designed primarily for freelancers and their clients. Tlyne may provide features including project management, tasks, milestones, timelines, client portals, approvals, deliverables, proposals, invoices, messaging, and related functionality.

We may add, modify, or remove features from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate and current information when creating your Tlyne account and must keep your account information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity occurring through your account, ensuring that people you authorize to access your account or projects are permitted to do so, and not sharing your account credentials with unauthorized persons.

Tlyne is not currently restricted to users above a particular age. However, if you are not legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, you must have the permission and involvement of a parent, guardian, or other person legally authorized to enter into the agreement on your behalf.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Trial and Paid Plans

New accounts may receive a one-time 60-day Pro trial. After the trial ends, continued Pro access requires a paid subscription.

Features, usage limits, storage limits, project limits, and other restrictions may differ between plans and may change over time.

We may introduce new plans, modify existing plans, or discontinue plans. Changes to paid plans will generally apply at the beginning of the next applicable billing period unless otherwise required by law.

4. Paid Subscriptions

Tlyne may offer monthly and annual paid subscriptions.

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your purchase according to the selected billing period.

Subscriptions generally renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains valid.

Tlyne uses third-party payment services to process payments. Tlyne does not generally receive or store your complete payment-card details.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription according to the cancellation functionality provided by Tlyne or the applicable payment provider.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewal but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid.

After cancellation, you may generally continue to access paid features until the end of the applicable paid billing period, unless your account is suspended or terminated under these Terms.

6. Refunds

Refund requests should generally be submitted within 14 days of the relevant payment.

Tlyne may provide a full or partial refund where there is a legitimate or reasonable circumstance, including certain technical problems or billing issues.

Refunds are not guaranteed merely because you changed your mind, stopped using Tlyne, or did not use all available features during a billing period.

Refund decisions may take into account the circumstances of the request, the amount of service already received, applicable law, and the nature of the payment.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory refund or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

7. Your Content

You may submit, upload, create, or otherwise provide information and content through Tlyne ("User Content"). User Content may include project information, tasks and milestones, client information, messages, proposals, invoices, deliverables, approvals, contact information, and other information you choose to enter into Tlyne.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Tlyne a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and display your User Content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Tlyne service.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to provide User Content to Tlyne.

8. Client Information

If you use Tlyne to manage projects or clients, you may provide Tlyne with personal information belonging to your clients or other third parties.

You are responsible for having appropriate authority to provide that information to Tlyne, providing appropriate notices to your clients where required, complying with privacy and data-protection laws applicable to your use of Tlyne, and using Tlyne only for lawful purposes.

Tlyne provides the technical service but does not determine why you collect or use your clients' information.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Tlyne to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Tlyne or another user's account.
  • Interfere with or disrupt Tlyne's infrastructure.
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful material.
  • Abuse, exploit, or circumvent usage limits or security controls.
  • Use Tlyne for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of Tlyne except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Use automated methods to excessively access or scrape Tlyne without authorization.
  • Resell or commercially exploit Tlyne in a manner not authorized by us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.

10. Intellectual Property

Tlyne and its underlying software, design, branding, interfaces, documentation, and other materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to Tlyne and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use Tlyne under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from Tlyne except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law.

11. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations regarding Tlyne, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

We may use feedback to develop, improve, or modify Tlyne.

12. Third-Party Services

Tlyne may rely on third-party services to provide functionality, including authentication, hosting, databases, email, payments, analytics, and other infrastructure.

These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Tlyne is not responsible for failures or actions of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

13. Availability and Changes to Tlyne

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that Tlyne will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may perform maintenance, updates, modifications, or temporary suspension of portions of the service.

We may modify, discontinue, or replace features of Tlyne at any time.

Where reasonably practical, we may provide notice of significant changes.

14. Security

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information processed through Tlyne.

However, no internet service or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

You acknowledge that you use Tlyne at your own risk and should maintain appropriate backups of important information.

15. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tlyne is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that Tlyne will meet every particular business requirement, will always be available or uninterrupted, will be completely free from errors or defects, that information provided through Tlyne will always be accurate or complete, or that Tlyne will produce any particular business, financial, or professional result.

Tlyne is a software tool and does not provide legal, accounting, financial, tax, or professional advice.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ghulam Mustafa and Tlyne will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from or related to your use of Tlyne.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or relating to Tlyne will not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid to Tlyne for the service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • USD 100 if you have not made any payment to Tlyne.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ghulam Mustafa and Tlyne from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your unlawful use of Tlyne.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your violation of another person's rights.
  • Your failure to obtain required permissions or lawful authority to process information through Tlyne.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Tlyne if:

  • You materially violate these Terms.
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Your use creates a security or legal risk.
  • You fail to pay amounts that are due.
  • We are required to do so by law.
  • Continued operation of your account creates a significant risk to Tlyne or other users.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination. You may stop using Tlyne at any time.

19. Data After Termination

Following account termination, Tlyne may retain certain information and User Content for legitimate business purposes, including security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, and maintaining necessary business records.

Where appropriate and technically feasible, users may request deletion of their personal information.

Certain information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law.

Our handling of personal information is further described in the Tlyne Privacy Policy.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory laws applicable to you provide otherwise.

Any dispute relating to Tlyne or these Terms should first be brought to our attention by contacting info@duraidmustafa.com so that the parties can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights or bringing a claim in a jurisdiction where applicable law gives that consumer the right to do so.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may provide reasonable notice through Tlyne, email, or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of Tlyne after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose where legally possible.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Tlyne Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated into Tlyne, constitute the agreement between you and Tlyne concerning your use of the service.

They supersede prior agreements concerning the same subject matter unless otherwise expressly stated.
